Who we are

Love and
let love.
Live and
let live.

We celebrate Indigenous peoples, history, culture, art, and music while working toward a more compassionate world that protects nature and gives back to the Earth.

Give America Back — Give Back to Nature.

Our mission is not about giving America back to one group of people. It’s about bringing us together around something we all share: our home, our planet, and our responsibility to protect it.

It’s time to give back to nature, respect the land on which we live, and stop consuming the Earth’s resources as if they were unlimited. We believe in renewable energy, sustainable and recyclable materials, protecting our ecosystems, and living in harmony with nature rather than at its expense.

Indigenous cultures have long carried important teachings about respecting the land and living in balance with the natural world. One widely shared Indigenous principle reminds us that we are caretakers of the Earth, not its owners.

Take only what you need. Respect what you take. Give back more than you consume.

Let’s rediscover our connection to nature, honor the origins of this land, and build a future rooted in respect, sustainability, peace, and togetherness.

Love and let love. Live and let live. Give back to nature.

Taking

“Take America back” treats the country as a prize: something to win from rivals, a battle with winners and losers.

Giving back

“Give America back” lets go of the grip. It means giving back to the land, to its first peoples, and to every one of us, so the country belongs to everyone, and to the Earth itself.

Why it matters

5.1 Earths

That’s how many planets it would take if every human lived like an average American.1

March 14

In 2026 the U.S. used up its national ecological budget by this date. Global Earth Overshoot Day isn’t until July 30.2

2.4×

The U.S. demands 2.4 times its own national biocapacity. Humanity overall uses nature 1.73 times faster than ecosystems can regenerate.1

13×

The average American creates 13 times the environmental damage of someone in Brazil and uses 35 times the resources of someone in India.3

23.5 tons

U.S. material use per person, 33% higher than the OECD average.4
